Are you a driven supervisor with experience in new-build construction looking for an exciting opportunity? The Van Rennes Group is searching for you! We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced New-Build Construction Supervisor to join our team!
As a New-Build Construction Supervisor at Van Rennes Group, you'll be the backbone of our projects. You will have a dynamic role, overseeing the delivery of new-build projects from start to finish. You'll work with a close-knit, experienced team to ensure every project is deliverd on time and to the hightest standards. Operating across various locations in Gelderland and North-Brabant, every day brings a new challenge.
We require:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a construction supervisor, preferably in new builds.
- Knowledge of construction processes and quality standards.
- Possession of a VCA-Vol certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Leadership capabilities and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communicatiojns skills and a proactive mindset.
- A valid driver's license (Category B).
