We are looking for a construction work planner who can strengthen our team in delivering high-quality construction projects in healthcare, renovation, and new construction! As a construction work planner, you will work on various projects at locations in Gelderland and North Brabant.
What will you do as a construction work planner at Van Rennes Group?
- You will arrange the preparation of various construction projects, including both new construction and renovation as well as health-care related projects.
- You will draw up schedules and monitor them, taking into account quality, safety, and costs.
- You will take care of the procurement of materials.
- You will maintain contacts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- You will check construction drawings, specifications, and calculations for completeness and correctness.
- You will ensure proper administration and archiving of project data.
Requirements:
- Vocational education (MBO) or higher education (HBO) level.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a work planner in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
- Strong communications skills and proficiency in the Dutch language.
- A customer-oriented attitude and team spirit.
- You possess a valid driver's license (B).
